As a leading edge New Media Development Studio we have also pioneered a one-of-a-kind PPSEC Registered School that caters to businesses looking to train or retrain their staff, government clients and students looking to enter the IT industry with style, confidence and job ready skills. Adhering to our philosophy “Experience is Education” we have developed one-of-a-kind Certification programs & Internships in Web Site Design, Web Application Programming and e-Business and Web Development. We also teach hundreds of other courses which can be customized to meet your education requirements.

We care about our clients and our community and continually offer job shadowing and Co-op terms to University students wanting to learn in a real-world environment. We also provide free web sites and consulting to non-profit organizations across Canada and the US. And let’s not forget the Vancouver Island Marmot indigenous to Vancouver Island. northStudio.com is owned by 5 people; Dieter Gerhard, Chris Boag, Norm Allison, Jonny Miller and Jim Keith.. We have 8 departments including: administration, design, programming, desktop publishing, hosting and domain names, tourism and marketing, and our school and Internship programs. Our commitment to northStudio.com Inc. means we have an investment in creating a solid relationship with you so that we can work together in the most efficient, cost effective, professional, courteous and reliable manner. We have 5 others on staff as well as students and graduates from the UVIC Engineering and Computer Science Department on-site participating in our Co-operative education programs (Internships).
