GRI designation!
GRI stands for Graduate, Realtor Institute. Only licensed
real estate agents that are also members of the National Association
of Realtors (NAR) can earn the nationally recognized GRI designation.
To be awarded the GRI designation, a REALTOR® must complete
a comprehensive series of courses covering a detailed curriculum.
This curriculum includes Valuation, Law, Finance, Real Estate
Investment, Taxation, Ethics, Construction and Land Use. Licensed
Realtors who have attained their GRI designation are considered
leaders in the real estate profession.

of clients requires us have in-depth knowledge and the ability
to perform at a high level of professionalism.
Our GRI designation shows that we are nationally
recognized for our knowledge, abilities, and professionalism.
Only members of (NAR) can be a REALTOR® and only members
of (NAR) can be awarded the GRI. Each State Association customizes
and administers the minimum 90-hours of classroom training
course to ensure agents have a thorough understanding of how
the information applies in each state. This program is also
known as the REALTOR Institute.
