PRICE GUARANTEES AND LOYALTY BONUSES
Lower price elsewhere refund
If you find the same apartment for a lower price (prior to booking) we will refund the difference plus an additional amount.
Refund Conditions:
- you must inform us of the alternative price before booking
- the provider must accept our reservation for you for the lower price
Additional payment conditions:
- refund conditions apply
- the provider accepts the reservation on our normal conditions: refund will
be 5% of the net of VAT rental
- any bank/postal or other charges will be charged against the refund (these
can be mitigated by appropriate arrangements)
Time of refund:
- as soon as possible after the completion of the normal conditions with the provider, this may be after departure.
First time - Book-with-us bonus
If you find the same apartment for the same price (prior to booking*) from the direct provider, we will refund the additional amount above at 2.5% of the net of VAT rental. Refund Conditions above apply.
*A booking happens for the purpose of the above when the deposit is offered by providing card details or otherwise, or a clear booking instruction is given.
Returning guests - Loyalty bonus
If you have booked with us previously and return we will refund 5% of the net of VAT rental subject to the Refund Conditions above. Return to properties ID 1,6,198,9 (London Bridge/Canary Riverside) for an automatic 10% off the listed price (does not apply if reduced price specially negotiated.)
