Part 1 - Introduction
- Getting Ready to Begin...
The desire to rehabilitate yourself can be very
powerful & open doors to areas of creativity that were
always there but simply sleeping. Calls to self-rehabilitate can come
from health concerns, lack of focus, relationship problems, work issues
& a host of other areas. Finally understanding that what you are doing isn't working & something has to
change is actually a big gift, even though it may be wrapped in
frightening paper.
Being overwhelmed is a common fear that appears in this moment of awakening. It's rather like a big plate of pasta. However, when someone is faced with a plate of real pasta, there is little tendency to procrastinate for long. One just digs in & usually doesn't stop until the plate is empty.. However, when life is seen as one big plate full of strands, its more common to freeze in fear & then stay locked up in procrastination which is simply another kind of fear. Unfortunately, a large percentage of our population, adults & children alike, live in this scary place. It's good to know that it is possible to break free of this paralyzing fear-state & here in the Boot Camp you will learn to do that & much more. You are the writer, director & producer of your life & it's time to re-write a few things.
We all have a tendency to live in automatic pilot programs. Many of these mind programs do not reflect what we truly want, but yet most of us keep doing the same over & over. The Boot Camp is about breaking out of automatic pilot & stopping to make an assessment. This breaks the habit of compulsion & clears the mind for reviewing & then making choices. From this position it is easier to motivate yourself into the needed action plan for success. This becomes a tall order, considering all the areas in life that have need of rehabilitation. To accomplish this objective one needs a very detailed program design or gestalt, formulated on living images of what one truly wants to experience. Also needed is an excellent action plan & most importantly, a very special coach to consistently provide inner & outer motivation.. Now where do you find this? Right here, for The Boot Camp is designed to provide all of the tools you will need for managing this task. You will learn how to utilize them right in the moment, so they will always be at your fingertips.
When should you begin? I suggest with your very next breath. I'd like you to recognize that you are on the merry-go-round of life & are free to choose your mindset, just as if it were a hat sitting absent-mindedly on your head. Take off any mind-set hat that isn't working to your benefit. Look especially for mindsets that keep you in a negative or victim frame of mine. Once you are awake & wearing a new mindset, you are ready to move on to collecting the kinds of tools that you will need for daily work if you are to become healthier both physically & emotionally. Settling into this position, you are now ready to program your own subconscious mind for what you want. You are now ready to go & get those things.
Things to know first....
The MindBody Fitness Boot Camp Online Program is divided into sections. Some of sections are not completely finished online, but if you join the Discussion Group, you will know when they are completed. The beginning part of the work is quite complete & so there is plenty to keep you busy.
This is not the place for a quick fix. This is a place for getting to the bottom of things & working them through the process. Those who do this will be rewarded by both their mind & body. Few of us utilize more than 2% of our brain function. This work will dramatically increase this percentage, the amount depending on you & you alone. Here you are your own Master Architect & will determine your outcomes.

Mind
Managing - Setting the Mind for a Fresh Start..
There is a first day for everything. How
you view this concept can change your life quite dramatically. Many
people have a habit of seeing things as difficult, even small
things. They tend to enter a problem through the negative
"cannot do" door. Let's be clear about this. Not
everything is difficult or complicated. Small things add up & can be
very important to big positive outcomes. Small emotions or thoughts can program your mind & body for what
you don't want if you give them the power to do so.
This chapter will open your mind to some ways you will take charge & move on to what you want. Mind-managing is a craft that you can learn & work to a high level of excellence. In this chapter you will be introduced to some of the participants who invite you to look over their shoulders as they work through the Boot Camp Program.
Working
with Brain Clouds
The entire mind & body function differently
when stress levels are high. This image will help you to visualize
this biochemical disaster that most of us produce throughout our daily
experiences. Here you will learn about brain level speeds & why
you should care. You will learn about producing brain clouds & filling
them with negative outcome images that program your mind for more nasty
weather. You will learn how brain clouds keep you away from your
powerful & creative subconscious mind library. The Boot Camp
is designed to make your aware of brain clouds & to provide you with
tools to dissipate them.

Steps to Lifestyle Change
There are only 4 steps to climb
to achieve any & all lifestyle changes. Sounds easy, doesn't
it? As you become familiar with the steps & how to apply them as
you walk through your daily life, you will be changing your
subtle-behavioral steps that have been taking you away from what you
want. As you practice climbing these 4 steps in a consistent manner, you will find additional
treasures along the way.
Working
with the Inner Mind Screen
You have a powerful resource called your Inner
Mind Screen. This mechanism works like radar, pulling towards you
anything that resembles or supports what you are playing on it, whether
you want it or not. When negative thoughts are playing, then you
will find more experiences coming to support those thoughts. If the
thoughts are flavored by a particular emotions, like emotions will come
forward to support those. It is so very important to understand the
power of your Inner Mind Screen & to utilize it to benefit you &
your goals. Here in the Boot Camp you will become an expert at
managing this powerful resource.
Part 2 -
Getting to Know Yourself - The Power of Personal Assessment
Preparing
to take charge & to make healthy lifestyle changes involves a very
special kind of planning. This planning means that you will be needing
information about yourself that may not be in your current memory bank, but
waiting for you in your subconscious mind library. Some of these things
will pertain to your family of origin, as well as from your own health history
starting from the time you were a child and up through today.
You will also be reclaiming memory files about your beliefs, how you got
them and whether or not they are blocking your recovery from addiction or your
rehabilitation in other areas.
Part 3
- Working the Daily Self-Discipline Steps
Once the disciplines are placed on the daily time
line, it is time to enter each pod or discipline & work within
it. This allows the subconscious mind to be an active partner in the
process of self-growth, optimum health & performance.
Step 1
The Nutritional
& Body Needs Connection -
Introduction to Sugar Addiction, Blind & Disorderly Eating
Without the very best
nutrition, forget attaining high level health & optimum
performance. The body is like any other corporation. Take good
care of it & you will experience success. Neglect it & reap those
benefits instead. It's really quite simple. While you may believe that
you eat well, you may not be truly aware of what your mind & body
needs, for it's not just about the food you are
eating..... It's not quite that simple!
Food
Choices & Personalized Balance
It's absolutely vital to know what your
body & mind need each & every day. Here you will learn about
your lean body mass, the connection to your family & personal medical
history & how it effects food choices & portion sizes. You
will also come to know how good balance moderates hunger, as well as when
you eat & when you don't. Not eating is not a choice when
looking to function at optimum levels.
Designing
a New Eating Plan
This area is now being edited
for the Boot Camp. You are welcome to visit, but I suggest you come
back for the final version & self-hypnotic exercises.
Step 2
Body
Scanning - Mental Biofeedback
Truth be known, a very
large percentage of what resides below our outer crust, be it physical or
emotional, tends to remain mysterious for most of our lives, mainly because
we’re not attentive to the clues sent up by the body departments.
Sometimes we awaken if the body part screams loud enough, but even then
little is done about the underlying cause.
This part of the Boot Camp serves as an introduction to the powerful mind
& body connection & how you will be utilizing it to rehabilitate
while planting other new mind programs..
Step 3
Beginning Practical Meditation - in process
Emotional
States & Their Crayons
Learning how to become aware of emotional states is imperative
to self-management in all areas of life. In The Boot Camp you will be
working with images, picturing emotional states as little children, wearing tee
shirts with their names on the front, each child having their own
personalized box of crayons utilized to color your moment- to- moment experiences. This type of imagery will allow you to work with any emotion
outside of yourself from the position of writer-director-producer of your life.
Thoughts are
Things... Working the Mind VCR
Thoughts
play out in the VCR of the mind. They come in all genres & in
all emotional flavors. These flavors cause reactions or
responses in the body, as well as acting as catalysts for bringing more of
the same from the outside world & from the inner library of the mind.
All thoughts, whether they work for us or not are powerful gifts, once you
know how to awaken to them, harvest them & convince them with the
tools of interactive self-hypnosis to reveal their
secrets.
Step 4
Starting Interactive
Self-Hypnosis Practice
Dream it, develop hot desire & become
it! You are truly without limits when you work directly with your
Greater mind. Your subconscious can take you any place you choose to go,
right in the moment, & then inwardly guide you to design the most
exquisite plans to make the journey in real life. You will only be held back by
your own self-governing limitations, but once those are identified, they can be fired
from their job, no matter how long they have been employed.

Part
4 - Designing & Planting New Life Change Goals
You will begin self-organizing
by setting up new goal areas for your life. The links below will help
you to do this. First you will become familiar with the
"over-view". This represents the big picture. Next,
you will come to understand the different areas of your life & begin
to design "over-arching goal statements" in each area.
This is accomplished by writing a short description of what you want
"as if you already had it". Then you will be ready to
design & subconsciously plant/implement your very specific
goals. Then get ready for the magic. The subconscious mind is a radar-like mechanism & will
bring whatever is needed to support the specific goal & the
over-arching goal umbrella.
Take your time with this &
know that you can & actually should re-edit it many times
over.......but it's important to start somewhere & that somewhere is
always a "positive & motivating place."
Beginning..
& Meeting Your Inner-Self-Coach
Achieving a major lifestyle change is like a good old
fashioned rope tug . While a piece of rope doesn't hold much
interest for most of us, rock climbers would certainly disagree, as it is
their lifeline & yours as well. The rope is an excellent
metaphor for the work you doing here & I'm sure you'll agree that it
does take a lot of personal power to pull lifestyle change
permanently into your life. Well, you are ready & you are here & this chapter will introduce you to your own
subconscious mind inner-coach.
Over-view
& Building of the Goal-den Path & Garden Placement
The subconscious mind loves inner & outer
organization. This beginning imagery sets the stage for all that is
to come. You will be working with a living image of a goal-den
path. This is a private area in the mind's eye that is only for your
own rehabilitation & self-development.. While others can come
here, they only come when you invite them & then only to work in
your behalf. The links below will take you to each individual
garden. You can also reach them through the links on the Goal-den
Path.
Mindbody Health Goal Garden
Rarely do we consider our body parts as being
separate, unless they are screaming out for some good reason. What a
big mistake this can be, for this
is the most important garden on your path & will greatly effect what
happens in every other area of your life. Keep in mind that all gardens are
connected by a powerful, underground root system. Here you will design
your over-arching goal image & then begin to subconsciously plant specific
goal plants. Next you will be applying a metaphorical solution of high level nutrition, deep relaxation,
emotional & thought management, as well as interactive
self-hypnotic imagery.
Relationship with Self
Garden
The most important relationship garden on the
path is your relationship with yourself. This is often the most
difficult area to design for people with low self-image and/or
self-esteem. Putting yourself first may seem selfish, but as you come to understand the concept of being "self-full",
you will see the
benefit to all who surround you. This area also houses images for
your past & future paths. Here you can examine & even re-edit
things that happened in the past so they can better serve you in the
present & future. As you walk into your future, you can bring
your resources & place them wherever our
creativity guides us.
Relationship with
Significant Other Garden
The next most important relationship on the path is
that with your significant other. While this is often your life partner,
it can also be another person in your life. This area needs to be carefully designed
so as to keep your individuality in tact. It's not uncommon for a person to
lose themselves in a significant other relationship & for this to cause
enormous pain that is often at the root of major problems including disorderly eating & other
addictions. Here you will design your over-arching goal as if it were in the
palm of your hand. Then other specific goals can be subconsciously
planted. Keep in mind that this is a personal garden & not the garden
of the significant other, so the power is yours & yours alone.
Other Relationships - image in process
Prosperity Garden
If we want to experience prosperity in all
areas of our life, then this garden must be carefully constructed, taking
time to build the over-arching umbrella goal & incorporating all areas &
not just financial. Everything on the goal-den path is connected by a
powerful underground root system. It's exciting to design specific goal plants in this
area & often their roots take hold very quickly indeed.
Work Garden
For most of us, work takes up a good portion of
life & can
make it or break it. If the body & mind are not healthy, the work
garden suffers along with every other area. Work & prosperity are
closely connected & so the over-arching umbrella goal image must be designed
with love & extreme care. Few of us think like this. We either
like our work, hate it or tolerate it. Many live for Friday &
short-change them themselves. When thinking about yourself here, keep in
mind the underground root system & what are you delivering to those areas of your life with this kind of
thinking.
Home Garden
You are programming your subconscious mind all the time
& what surrounds you at home, in your workplace, in your car & in other
areas of your world speaks to how you respect yourself. This is
such a powerful garden because you have lots of control here. You can choose
to make changes that are truly going to impact the many areas of your life.
Pay close attention to the design of the over-arching goal & observe as the
subconscious mind moves to action.
Spirituality Garden
Whether or not you participate in organized
religion, you do have a spiritual garden. This is where your values
live. This is where you heal & set yourself free to love &
create. Paying attention to detail in this area will pay big
dividends. Once the over-arching goal umbrella is placed, the
detailed goals will almost plant themselves, for we all crave
understanding, compassion, forgiveness & love. It is all here
for the asking.
Future Garden
Keep in mind that your future is in process......right
now. What you are doing in this very moment is impacting your future
garden & if you don't have a future garden with an over-arching goal
umbrella, the subconscious mind isn't sure whether you want to go in the
direction of "this current moment" or not. The inner mind
doesn't judge & just follows through with what you are thinking or
doing. When this garden is thoughtfully designed, it will help to guard
your future desires or goals, not only bringing to your attention when you are
off-course, but also automatically placing you back on the path &
within in the correct actions.
Working
Towards Goal Achievement
Once the gardens are in place with their
individual over-arching goals, its time to think about & design
specific goals. Next comes planting & goal-tending. This is an
ongoing process in all gardens. This area of the Boot Camp will
assist you through goal achievement utilizing Interactive Self-Hypnosis.
Be sure to have your specific goal garden information in front of you as
you work in this way.
Daily Affirmation Work
Each day you go out in the world & collect
experiences. Some come to you through your own thoughts & based on
your beliefs & expectations. Others are gifted to you from
others. Some may be positive & others negative, but all play out
in both the mind & body. You already know that
thoughts are mind programs. This section of The Boot Camp is a place
to harvest powerful hot-imagery affirmation plants.
Part 5
- Developing Self-Discipline & Continuity
The Boot Camp contains an
enormous amount of information that under normal circumstances would be
difficult to apply & remember. However, this is not a problem
when utilizing the methodology of this program. The Boot Camp is
designed as an interactive self-hypnotic program & enlists a
most powerful asset, your own " subconscious mind inner-coach ®."
There are certain disciplines that you will be performing every day in conjunction with your subconscious mind inner coach. If you plan to succeed, you must also subconsciously program a mindset of continuity. Continuity builds our personal power base, making other disciplines easier to achieve. In the Boot Camp there are are four main self-discipline areas. These include high level nutrition, body communication, managing emotions & programming the mind for what we want utilizing the practice of Interactive Self-Hypnosis.
The
Concept of Daily Self-Discipline - Focus Pods ©
Pods are like rooms that hold a discipline or
activity. When you learn to think in this way, the subconscious mind
will help to bring forth details & additional information having to do
with the specific pod. You will be learning how to access your Inner
Coach before entering Pods. This is a powerful interactive
self-hypnosis focus tool. It helps to build containments or Pods for our daily
activities, even though you may think that you don't need them for things
as simple as eating breakfast, drinking water, exercise, etc. but this far
from the truth. These Pods will set the self-discipline stage for
other activities, acting as living mentors for other activities & goal
plants.
Creating a Daily Self-Discipline - Focus Pod Plan
When working to rehabilitate, you will be
making lifestyle changes that will be replacing old behaviors
& patterns that were on automatic pilot. These will become new
automatic pilot programs. In the beginning they will feel like new
shoes, but after twenty days or so, they will flow quite easily.
