Prices - All prices are
per week, in Sterling pounds and subject to contract and availability.
Payments can be made by Cash, UK Cheques, Travellers Cheques, Bank
Transfer or Credit card. UK Cheques require three working days for
clearance. Refundable deposits, if paid by Credit Card, to confirm
bookings and to cover any outstanding charges, are:
- £350 for Studios.
- £500 for One and Two Bedroom Apartments.
• If the deposit is NOT paid by Credit Card, then:
- £500 for a Studio.
- £700 for a larger Apartment. (Please note that the deposit
is separate from the Licence charge and is refundable about 10 days
after departure).
Your booking will only be confirmed (check availability first),
when you fully complete the two parts of the Licence and return
with your instructions for deposit and Licence charges 3 (g) or
3 (h).
Cancellation terms, please refer to the Licence Agreement - (Section
4, Clause K).
Licence and cleaning charges should be paid for the total initial
period prior to arrival, but can be paid on arrival if during office
hours (9:30 am - 5:30 pm week days only). Payment by Cash, Travellers
Cheques and Credit Cards are accepted. UK Cheques require three
working days for clearance.
