Our new 120 slip marina facility is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, one mile south of the mouth of the Cape Fear River and Atlantic Ocean. Our 18 hole, par 3 executive course, is already a favorite among area players. South Harbour Golf Links is a superbly maintained, semi-private facility. The course is open year-round and offers multi-level, affordable Membership Programs and Golf Packages. Golf Digest refers to our 18 hole executive golf course as "Augusta in a smaller package".

The South Harbour Village Club House offers homeowners and their guest a quaint setting along the golf course complete with swimming and tennis facilities. The Club is handsomely furnished with both indoor and outdoor recreation areas.

Overlooking the South Harbour Marina, our Inn offers luxurious bed and breakfast style accommodations with 1 and 2 bedroom suites, all of which include full kitchen, living and dining facilities. The plush, sophisticated interiors are surpassed only by the magnificent views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the tidal creeks along Caswell Beach.

Our Chapel at South Harbour seats 120 and offers worship services regularly and is also available for weddings. Wedding Packages are available and include use of our Waterfront Inn, Restaurant or Catering from the Village Market & Deli or an outside catered tent facility overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Our sense of community at South Harbour Village is enhanced by the location of the area's first Montessori School. Students come from a variety of Brunswick County townships to benefit from the world-renowned Montessori educational program. Village Market & Deli

The Village Market and Deli, a New York Style Deli and Eatery is located on the water in Marina Village, and serves our neighborhood as "ships chandler" and caterer extraordinary, providing a delightful casual dining experience. Soups, sandwiches and salads are prepared fresh daily. They offer a tempting assortment of fine wines along with provisions, gifts and island style clothing.

Dining on the waterfront is always a special occasion, and never more special than at Joseph's Italian Bistro, offering casual dining. Enjoy our executive chef's special preparation of the day's catch, or the "watering hole" atmosphere while dining on the deck.
