On this page we explain how to order product and use our shopping cart. We also describe our payment methods and shipping costs.

We offer several ways to order our products:

1) Via the Internet. We use https secured processing for your protection. We also take the extra step to encrypt your credit card information on our server. See  our privacy policy for more information.

Each item for sale has two buttons to order with:

- this button adds the item to your shopping cart. When you add one to your shopping cart you will first be prompted to enter the products personalized information.
You may view your shopping cart, change the items placed there,  and purchase the contents by looking for the shopping cart icon and clicking on it. 




- this button will take you to the screen to enter any personalized information, and then proceed directly to the checkout process.

2) Mail/Fax - click here for our mail/fax order form. If you don't have a PDF view email us at customer_service@more4kids.com and give us your address for a free brochure. You will need acrobat pdf viewer to see and print it (please visit www.adobe.com to get your free acrobat reader). You may fax this form to 423-490-0580 or mail it to:

3) Phone Orders - orders may be made by phone, however, we encourage using the Internet or mail/fax to help eliminate error. You can reach us at 423-490-0900. If we are not available leave the best time to contact you along with your time zone.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover for Internet, mail/fax and phone orders.


For mail order we also accept personal checks and money orders. Personal checks must clear for first time customers before order is sent.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Ground is usually shipped media mail, depending on the weight.
The first item is $1.75 and each additional item is $.50

Priority is shipped US Priority mail. It is $4 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item.

If other shipping is required (next day, International), please contact us before ordering to make special arrangements.
