seeing trip. On entering the cool air conditioned villa you pour a cold drink,
and sit and unwind in the spa while listening to your favourite music. You can
cook a leisurely meal in the large fully fitted kitchen or order in a Chinese,
Indian, Pizza, or whatever takes your fancy, the choice is yours and local calls
are free. Later, with the children safely tucked up in bed you can enjoy the
rest of the evening as you wish, before retiring to your master bedroom with
ensuite bathroom and kingsize bed.

The villa is beautifully furnished and is fully air-conditioned, so you keep
cool on those hot Orlando days. The extremely spacious lounge with separate
dining room leads through to the large family room. Next to this is the open
plan, fully equipped, kitchen with ample room and breakfast area. The whole
atmosphere invites you to relax and unwind, enjoy good company, in an open plan
spacious environment.
With four double bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with en-suite
facilities, which means two sets of adults can enjoy total privacy

The family room looks out to the lighted private swimming pool, which is 26 Feet
x 13 Feet with spa and extended patio area. This pool area is fully screened off
and there are sun loungers and deck chairs for you to relax after a tiring day.
Hampton Lakes is a community of luxury villas in beautiful surroundings of
orange groves and hills. It is situated on Highway 27, 3 miles south of the 192
and within 10 minutes of Disney, 30 minutes from Orlando Int Airport and
surrounded by championship golf courses. There is a supermarket only 5 minutes
away and an excellent selection of restaurants. It is easy to get to Interstate
4 which will take you to Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Centre.
