Checks Online: All check orders will be shipped 7 business days after receipt of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $30.00 NSF fee on all returned checks. We will also be debiting your account electronically if your check is returned to us for NSF.
PAY BY CHECK/MONEY ORDER: All check orders will be shipped 7 business days after receipt of payment.

ORDER BY FAX: To place your order by Fax, click on any individual item(s) and place it in your shopping cart, then click on the Order by Credit Card using FAX when checking out. We use a secure shopping cart service for your privacy.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: All in stock items (FOR T-SHIRT ORDERS PLEASE REFER TO NEXT PARAGRAPH) will be shipped within 7 business days after receipt of payment. If your item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within the 7 days at the time you place your order we will notify you.
T-SHIRT ORDERS: Will be shipped in 4 to 8 business days. If there are any T-shirts from your order that cannot be shipped with your order we will place them on backorder and ship them at no extra cost to you when we get them in, this may take an addition 1 to 8 weeks.
SHIPPING COST: The shipping cost starts at $4.30 for up to 1 pound (US Orders Only!)and then goes up by the weight of your order.
SHIPPING POLICY: US orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail.
International orders will be shipped USPS Air Mail. This may take 1 to 4 weeks.
ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES WILL BE CANCELED: Saudi Arabia, VietNam, Gambia, Algeria, Nigeria, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Morocco, Bulgaria, Romania, Indonesia, Austria, Hungary, Bangladesh, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Ukraine, Russia, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Phillipines, Thailand, Malaysia, Senegal, Afghanistan, Ghana, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Serbia, South Africa, Bolivia, China, Norway, Honduras and Sudan.
Shipping will be at buyers cost.
DEPANDA GIFTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, STOLEN OR LOST MERCHANDISE CAUSED IN SHIPPING, SO PLEASE INSURE YOUR ORDER!
Payment for all orders will be in US Currency.
RETURN POLICY: All returns must have a return authorization number, please e-mail us to obtain your number.
All unauthorized returns will be refused!
Any item may be returned within good reason, within 7 days of receipt of your order, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Shipping charges are non refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
If you paid for your order by Check or Money Order your refund will be paid though paypal.com.
