Giants Sign DT Kendrick Clancy
The Giants Friday signed free agent DT Kendrick Clancy, a former third-round draft choice who played his first five seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. During his first four years with the Steelers, Clancy played for Giants defensive coordinator Tim Lewis, who then held the same position with Pittsburgh.

The Giants Wednesday secured the veteran reserve quarterback they sought when they signed Jim Miller, who is 15-12 as a regular season starter in the NFL. Miller spent the 2004 season as the third quarterback for the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots. He is expected to compete for the job as Eli Manning�s top backup.
