Connection Coaching began in 2001 after its owner, Cassandra (Cassi Christiansen) began her own inner journey of listening to the whispers of her heart. She had a very high-powered career working her way up from an entry-level position answering the phone to become the first female Vice President and the first female to serve on the senior management team in a 100-year-old company. Although, this still stands as one of her most significant accomplishments, an even greater achievement is truly following her heart, living her dream and creating a life around all of the things that she loves her values, passions and gifts.

Cassandra’s (Cassi Christiansen) success in the business world coupled with her deep spirituality and knowingness of what is true is a rare combination of intellect and heart. Her gift of wisdom, compassion and insight acts as a guiding light to women who are ready to ignite their own inner spark. Once this spark is ignited, each woman is able to illuminate the world with her new found passion, purpose and power resulting in endless possibilities for herself and those around her.

Cassandra (Cassi Christiansen) has been coaching for over 10 years and spent 14 years in the corporate world working for one of Oregon’s top family businesses. She has a degree in psychology, is a graduate of Coach University and is a credentialed coach through the International Coach Federation. She is certified through the Laura Berman Fortgang Life Blueprint Institute and has received training through numerous leadership programs.

Everywhere you look, we see leaders in crisis and the trend seems to be accelerating with no slow down in sight.
