2 cans of Green Beans (Drained)
2 cans of Corn (Drained)
2 cans of Cream of Celery Soup or Cream of Mushroom Soup
16 ounces of Sour Cream
3 cups of grated Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 large Onion
2 packages of Club Crackers
2 sticks of Butter
dash of Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Mix all ingredients together except for the crackers and the butter. Place mixed ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan (or other deep casserole dish).
Melt both sticks of butter and combine with crushed Club Crackers. Pour over the top of the other ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
