High School Driver Privacy Policy
When registering for a traffic school course on High School Driver you will suppply certain personal information that is required to complete your course. This information is only shared with the State of Florida as required by the State of Florida to properly record completion of your traffic school course and give you the proper credit.

Clerk of Court
In addition your information may be supplied to the clerk of the court in the county where you received your ticket when you complete your Basic Driver Improvement course or other traffic school course. This is necessary so the clerk of the court can verify you completed a state approved traffic school course.
