Welcome to Live Chat Support! This service lets you chat with our live chat operators, while at the same time they can show you web pages to help answer your questions. It doesn't require any special software -- we just send, or "push," web pages to your regular browser. This allows us to help you faster and more efficiently!


Important Notice

1. Our live chat technicians are ONLY trained to cover: Support & Sales Issues. If you have a query outside this department (e.g. billing, domain renewals, cancellations), you must open a ticket. Our support techs are not trained and do not have the required tools to deal with issues outside their department.

2. During peak hours, you will be put on hold for longer than normal periods due to a higher number of users requesting this service. Unless an issue is absolutely urgent, you should request support during off-peak hours or use email support. Generally, peak hours are between 9am-3pm (-5 GMT).

3. Our live technicians are trainees. We are training them to serve you in the best possible way. There will be questions our technicians will not have an answer for, however, with your support and patience, our technicians are continually learning and developing their skills in order to serve you better.
