WorldPerks^® Mileage Driver

Rev up your RPM (Rental Partner Mileage)! Between March 1 and May 31, 2005, Northwest Airlines® will match up to 200% of your standard miles earned on WorldPerks car rental partner transactions. These Bonus Miles are in addition to the Bonus Miles that you earn from the car rental partner. After registration, rent at any participating Alamo Rent A Car, Dollar Rent A Car, National Car Rental® or Thrifty Car Rental location between March 1 and May 31, 2005, and ask for your WorldPerks miles when picking up your vehicle.

**Only WorldPerks Visa Platinum, Signature and Business Credit Cardmember accounts that are open and in good standing as of May 31, 2005, are eligible to receive double the Mileage Driver Bonus Miles. All other WorldPerks Visa Cards do not qualify to receive the double bonus.

At the end of the promotion, Northwest will award you Bonus Miles based on the number of car rentals you have had, as long as you have had two or more qualifying car rentals. And if you’re a WorldPerks Visa Cardmember, Northwest will DOUBLE the Bonus Miles.

WorldPerks Mileage Driver Terms and Conditions:

1. Mileage Driver offer valid March 1 through May 31, 2005.
2. Eligible members must first register to be eligible to earn Northwest Bonus Miles. Retro registration will not be accepted.
3. After registration, only WorldPerks standard miles earned on qualifying car rental transactions with participating car rental partners posted to your WorldPerks account with a transaction date on or after your registration date and between March 1 and May 31, 2005, will qualify to receive the Mileage Driver Bonus Miles from Northwest. Northwest will use the transaction date received from the car partner, which is the start date of the car rental, when determining qualifying transactions.
4. To receive Mileage Driver with participating WorldPerks car partners, member must request WorldPerks miles at time of car pick-up for each car rental. Members must choose WorldPerks miles as the preferred earning alliance to automatically earn miles. Miles can be earned from car rentals an unlimited number of times -- for multiple rentals with the same car partner or for rentals with different car partners.
5. Participating car partners include Alamo^® Rent A Car, Dollar Rent A Car, National Car Rental^® and Thrifty Car Rental.
6. Please refer to individual car partner terms and conditions for standard miles earned per qualifying rental.
7. In addition to the standard miles and the Mileage Driver, members will also be eligible to earn any applicable promotional Bonus Miles from the car partners. However, the Northwest Bonus will only be based on the standard miles earned from the car partners.
8. Bonus Miles will post as Banked Miles, with a Description of Mileage Credit shown as “WorldPerks Mileage Driver”. Given the percent of the Northwest Bonus is accelerated based on the total number of car rentals a member has during the promotional period, the Bonus will not be calculated or posted until 6-8 weeks after the end of the promotional period to allow time for all participating car partners to send Northwest the transaction details for all qualifying car rentals. Banked Miles are good toward WorldPerks award travel and do not count toward Elite status.
9. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your standard car rental miles to post to your WorldPerks account. Northwest is not responsible for partner posting delays.
10. All transactions need to be received by Northwest from the car partners on or before July 15, 2005.
11. Participation in WorldPerks is subject to the terms and conditions of the WorldPerks program.
12. Only WorldPerks Visa Platinum, Signature and Business Credit Cardmember accounts that are open and in good standing as of May 31, 2005, are eligible to receive double the Mileage Driver Bonus Miles. All other WorldPerks Visa Cards do not qualify to receive the double bonus.

WorldPerks Visa Enrollment Bonus Terms and Conditions:

1. Apply and be approved for WorldPerks Visa Platinum, Signature or Business Card by May 31, 2005, and earn 10,000 Enrollment Bonus Miles.
2. One-time Enrollment Bonus Miles will be awarded when you are approved for a WorldPerks Visa Card and pay your annual fee or use your Card for purchases, whichever occurs first.
3. Please allow 10 business days from date of application for approval.
4. You are eligible to receive one-time Enrollment Bonus Miles for each new WorldPerks Visa Platinum, Signature or Business Card account type.
5. Cardmembers with existing or previous WorldPerks Visa Platinum, Signature or Business accounts do not qualify for Enrollment Bonus Miles for a similar account type.
6. Allow 6-8 weeks for your Enrollment Bonus Miles to be credited to your account.
7. The creditor and issuer of the WorldPerks Visa Card is U.S. Bank National Association ND, and the Card is available to United States residents only.
8. Use of the WorldPerks Visa Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the WorldPerks Visa Cardmember agreement, which may be amended from time to time.
