The 2005 dividend application period closes March 31. File now - do not wait
until the last day. Apply online for immediate confirmation that your application
is on file.

Apply for a Dividend Online
Apply online with eSignature using myAlaska. 
To eSign your PFD application with a myAlaska account, you must: 
Be at least 18 years old,
Have received a dividend in 2004, AND
Have a current valid Alaska drivers license or ID.
Apply online without eSignature and send in a signature page.
Any applicant can apply online without eSignature. 

2005 Permanent Fund Dividend application period - January 2 through March 31, 2005
Applications postmarked or delivered to PFD offices after March 31, 2005 will be
denied as late applications. 

Check PFD Status
Check the status of your submitted PFD application. 
Paper applications may not be available for viewing until 30 days or more after
received by the Permanent Fund Dividend Division

Reprint your Signature Page
For persons who did not print or lost their signature page. If you have already
submitted your signature page do not resubmit it to PFD.
