Cook Inlet is home to some of the most productive Halibut fishing grounds in the state of Alaska. Barn door Halibut weighing up to 400 pounds have been caught out of Homer Alaska with fish in the 100-200 pound range common.

Salmon headed for the local freshwater rivers are caught while trolling along the beach, salmon in the 30-50 pound range are common and you never know when you might hook-up to that monster King heading for the Kenai river. Unlike alot of Kings that are caught in the Kenai (Allready turning dark) these fish are Saltwater Chrome Bright!!! and full of power.
