Q: The resort vacation units seem to mostly be available for seven-day increments only. Do I have to stay the entire seven days?
A: Most of the resort vacation units come in one-week (seven-day) increments. That does not mean that you have to stay the entire seven days. If the available week runs from Friday to Friday, you can check in on Saturday (Sunday or Monday), but your stay only extends until the next Friday. If you are unable to stay the entire period, you can also check out early. However, if you check in late, or check out early, you still pay the full week price. If your plans include arriving late, it is recommended that you call the resort in advance to make late check-in arrangements.
Q: Why are discount codes only available on selected properties?
A: All of the discount codes are accepted on the Resort Vacation properties. The privately owned homes and condos are managed by individual Holiday Network franchisees that have the sole discretion to decide which properties will accept certain discount codes. Each franchisee is independently owned and operated, therefore make the decision they feel is best for their properties and homeowners.
Q: Are Holiday Network properties handicap accessible?
A: Because needs vary greatly and our properties are all different, we suggest contacting one of our vacation guides for assistance before you book your trip.
Q: How old do I have to be to book a vacation?
A: Please note that you or the person designated as the actual traveler must be at least 21 years or older. The resort or property manager of the unit may otherwise refuse access to the accommodation that you reserved.
Q: I heard some of the units are timeshare properties. Do I have to go on a timeshare presentation?
A: NO. Many of the resort vacation units you find with us are available because the timeshare owner is not using the unit or the unit has been made available by the resort developer. As such, you may be given the opportunity to attend a presentation in exchange for a premium or gift (free dinner, theater/show tickets, amusement/theme park tickets, etc). Everyone at timeshare resorts, even owners, is given the same opportunity. If you like the premium or gift and want to attend the presentation, you are welcome to do so. However, there is NO requirement or obligation to attend a presentation.
