What type of chocolate do you use?
We are proud to offer gourmet Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares (.51 oz) and Premium Bars (3 oz), Lindt Swiss Chocolate Truffles, and Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Bars (1.25 oz.).

Is there any additional charge for customization? -- such as if I want to add my photo to the wedding favor design or add a special saying on the front or back of the wrapper? There is no charge for personalization of our already existing designs. To modify our designs, to create a new design or if a proof is required a one-time $30.00 design and setup fee will be charged. Sorry, no metallic colors such as gold or silver is available.

How is the back of the wrappers positioned on the chocolate?
We are following a convention that Hershey's and Nestle established. It is our experience that most people turn the chocolate over from bottom to top or top to bottom. If you turn the chocolate from left to right or right to left the wrapper will appear upside down.

How quickly can I expect to receive my wedding favor order?
Orders will generally be shipped within 5-7 business days. If more time is needed to order your chocolates you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.

Is there a minimum order?
We have established minimum quantities for many of our favors. This helps us maintin great low prices on high quality wedding favors. Please observer minimum quantity requirements when ordering.

What is the shelf life of Chocolate?

• 2 years: Dark Chocolate Products - without added ingredients
• 18 months: Double Chocolate
• 1 year: Milk Chocolate, Mint Filled Squares/Bars
• 10 months: Caramel, Double Chocolate Filled Squares/Bars

What about the summer heat -- what do I do if my bars melt slightly?
If you inadvertently leave your bars in the heat for a short period, there is usually no problem if slight softening does occur. If this occurs, allow the chocolate bars to harden at a cool room temperature (such as in an air conditioned room). Do not freeze bars -- this may cause them to turn white and powdery on the outside. Bars will harden nicely if left at average room temperature.

How do I store my chocolate?
Your chocolate favors do not need refrigeration. They will stay fresh if left at average room temperature.
