Hello everyone,
Following
is a link to a great website and the story of a very positive experience I had
in dealing with Puppet Universe:
At the last
minute, Amy's daughter decided she would like to have a puppet for her birthday
on Monday. I suggested we search the internet for options and came across the
site below. Upon reviewing all the puppets on the site she chose her favorite
two and I placed the order. I was content with the normal shipping costs being
included in the price for delivery by USPS however, I knew there was a better
way.
I decided
to call 866 4PUPPET at 9:45PM CST and was very delighted the call was answered
by Jeff who was more than accommodating to verify the online order I had placed
was in stock and could be shipped the next day. I asked if he could please ship
out via FedEx Express for Saturday delivery and bill it to my account # and
he said he would sure try although he normally uses the competition.
The following
day I received an email confirming the order was shipped and he even sent me
the tracking number so I could track it on the FedEx website.
Last but not
least, I signed for the package at 8:18 this morning and the puppets are great!
This is a great gift idea if you ever need something for the kids who have it
all. And their attention to my special requests certainly deserves me to spread
the word.

I recently
ordered a set of puppets from you...Scufflies. They were a
Christmas gift for my niece. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with
them. I'm a little leery ordering from the internet, sight unseen. They were
the perfect size for her hand, very well-constructed and seemed child safe.
Her mother was as pleased as I was and my niece loved her gift. She and her
cousins immediately began playing with them and ignored all her other
presents. Their colors were very bright and I liked the fact that each was
(at least to me) some unidentifiable animal. My niece can use her
imagination and change their identity at will. It's nice to know that good quality
merchandise is still made.

a nice quality. My 3 year old grandson's face will light up when he opens it
Christmas morning - tigers are his favorite animal. I have ordered other gifts

Thank you
so much for shipping my Nathan marionette in time for Christmas. I was told
by the lady I spoke to on the phone that my order would not arrive in time for
Christmas, so I was VERY pleasantly surprised when the shipment arrived the
other day. It is all wrapped and under the Christmas tree. Our son, Nikolas
will be so surprised! Maybe my little Dalmatian dog will make it in time also,
but if not, that's o.k. too. Once again, thank you so much! I also want to comment
on the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone. Shame on me, I don't remember her
name, but we had a nice time chatting and I told her how impressed I was with
your merchandise. I didn't see marionettes like that anywhere on the internet.
I will let you know how my son likes it. That is the real test.

Hello,
I have been
searching for a hand puppet that is simply eyes. The TV show Oobi a Nickelodeon
and Noggin is simply folks wearing these very basic eye puppets on their hands
and interacting. Our two and one year old daughters love them! Do you have these?

The closest thing that we carry is the peepers puppet. I have attached a picture
so that you can see what it is that I am talking about. I do not know about
the puppet from the TV show that you are talking about, but I will continue
to do a bit more research and see if I can find it. I do wish I could have been

I've been
on the hunt for quite some time. I was so impressed with the quality and assortment
of your puppets I thought I'd try to write to you with a question. I'm so glad
I did. I've placed an order for several pair. I can't wait until they arrive.
I'm actually a university professor. Although I mainly teach science methods
and technology, my best friends teach the reading/literature components to classes.
