Online Return Service Department
Please read our current Return Policy, if you haven't already. There you will find our company's general return policy and a list of products and their individual return policies, according to the product's manufacturer. If you should have any further questions, or would like a more detailed understanding of an individual product's return policy, please feel free to contact us for more details.
Processing Returns.
If you are ready to process a return, simply contact our Online Return Service Department by sending an email to returns@shopnbu.com along with an explanation of why you wish to return the product. We will then give you a complete and easy, step-by-step procedure to follow to finish processing the return.
Please do not send returns directly to our company, National Brands Unlimited, unless instructed to do so.
Unsatisfactory/Non-Defective Returns
Most returns will need to be sent by you, the consumer, directly to the manufacturer or an authorized manufacturer's dealer/distributor to receive a credit for the purchase amount or an individual product exchange. In certain cases, we will have you return the product to our company, and this will be at our discretion, so contact us first for further instruction. You will need to have us issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before any return will be accepted.
Defective Returns
Because we are an authorized retailer, returning the product directly to us may void the warranty, in some cases, so contact us first for further instruction. Also, you will need to have us issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) if necessary.
