Compuware to Integrate and Resell CAST Quality Assessment Suite as Complement to the Compuware Application Reliability Solution (CARS)

DETROIT--February 24, 2005--Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) today announced a strategic partnership with CAST. Through this partnership, Compuware will integrate and resell CAST Quality Assessment Suite as a complement to the Compuware Application Reliability Solution (CARS), its comprehensive approach to Quality Management. CARS combines automation support of established best practices with award-winning technology, a proven methodology and expertise to help organizations deliver reliable business applications that provide maximum value.
