• KEYS

• Key service at the apartment is free, if you arrive at the apartment on time.

• When you book an apartment you will be given the name, tel. number and e-mail of your contact in Paris.

• It is YOUR responsability to get in touch with him 3 days before your arrival date to comunicate your arrival hour at the apartment.

• IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSABILITY TO CONTACT HIM IN CASE OF DELAY AND GET INSTRUCTIONS AS TO WHERE YOU SHOULD PICK UP THE KEYS.

• Check-in and check-out are normally between 12 noon and 2 pm, but other arrangements can be made.

• PAYMENT

If you choose to split payment (50% at reservation, and the remaining 50% 1 week before arrival) all bank charges will be added to the rental price. Please note: split payment does not apply to special offers.

• Proof of payment is requested within 3 days from booking. After that, I automatically cancel your reservation.

• REFUNDS

I will refund 50% of the rental fee if you cancel at least 3 weeks before your arrival date. Refunds for late cancellations will be forwarded ONLY if I am able to re-rent the apartment, and ONLY for rented days.

• DAMAGES

• I request a security check from 150 to 300 Euros, depending on the apartment, against damage or loss. For departures before 9 am or after 8 pm, I reserve the right to keep your check until the next day. I will then mail it to you.

• WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

• All prices include: electricity, gas, heating, water, taxes, bed bath and kitchen linen, courtesy supply of tea, coffee, sugar and salt, detergents, cleaning supplies.
