Booking Security

We operate with the highest degree of integrity.  The single most important element of our business is our reputation.  After reading this section, please contact us directly with any questions or concerns and we will further put you at ease regarding booking security issues. 

1.  Better Business Bureau Member- Africa Dream Safaris is proud to be a member of the Better Business Bureau and the BBB Online Reliability Program.  We have agreed to the Bureau’s membership standards, which include a commitment to ethical business practices.  Click on the icon to the right to view our BBB Online Reliability Report.

2.  Properly Licensed - Africa Dream Safaris, a California based company, is properly registered by the State of California as a seller of travel.  Our California Seller of Travel (CST) registration number is 2071193.  We are required to disclose that registration of a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.  You may verify our credentials by visiting the Office of the Attorney General at:

 3.  Travel Insurance – The best way to protect your trip and to have complete peace of mind is to have full and comprehensive travel insurance.  We require that all customers purchase travel insurance.  A good travel insurance policy will protect you from most eventualities.  We will gladly assist with arranging travel insurance.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

 4.  Industry Associations - Africa Dream Safaris holds memberships in the officially recognized trade associations of our industry.  We are a member of the National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents (NACTA) and the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).  We are also proud sponsors of the African Wildlife Foundation and the World Wildlife Fund.

 5.  Keeping Payments in Trust – We deposit all payments received into a trust account held by Bank of America on behalf of you the customer.  We only disburse these funds to the applicable suppliers when necessary.  We do not use payments from one customer to buy travel on behalf of another or to pay for rent, overhead, or any personal use, until such time as we have delivered to you the services you have purchased.
