Recently (July/August) we booked hotels with yourself, the Sheraton in Krakow and also the Espande in Prague for five of us. I have been meaning to e mail you sooner, to say thank you so much.
Both the hotels were outstanding, of a very high standard, excellent price and the staff at both were a credit. You were extremely helpful and efficient in organizing this for us and I cannot put into words how impressed we were with your customer service and standards.
I would like to take my partner to Cologne Germany for the Christmas markets on 22nd December for two nights returning on 24th and require a city centre hotel, do you have any hotels you could recommend to a similar standard and cost to the others you organized for us on our previous trip.

| My family and I have just returned from the Vendome in Brussels (booked through yourselves). We had two rooms for four nights and were made very welcome. The hotel provides good service, an excellent breakfast and well furnished rooms with safes included. We are already looking at booking through you again and £ for £ this was every bit as good as priceline - the main differences being tax included and I choose the hotel. | I checked a number of other sources and gtahotels.com rate of $76/night was better than any of the other's best discounted rate. The hotels were excellent, check in and out was made so easy, and your sales department was so helpful and responsive to any question we had. I wanted to take a minute to let you know how very pleased we were with the service, prices, and hotels we arranged through gtahotels.com on our trip to Athens, Greece this summer.
In addition to my several questioning e-mails while I was trying to choose hotels, we even called gtahotels.com from Athens to change accommodations. Each contact I had with your personnel, (Kylie, Luz who was especially helpful, and a young man who called us in Greece with information) was professional, and your folks seemed truly interested in making the trip work the way we wanted it to. They were willing to make an extra effort to be sure all details were accurately and efficiently taken care of. This was my third experience booking hotels through the internet; each has been just fine, but I am now committed to trying to continue to book through gtahotels.com. My husband and I are teachers; we often travel in the summer, as do many of our friends. We will be using you again next year and we will be recommending you widely.

It was nice to have the extra money to spend on some great food and on shopping. Could charge me for two extra night (5th sept. & 6th sept.) and send the reservation to the hotel ASAP plz since im in the hotel now and the current rate are very hight. Thanks for your assistance. Our hotel in Rome, Italy was amazing and completed a wonderful trip abroad. I was probably more estactic than most as our savings were more than half of the normal rate of the room. I must admit that I was skeptical about booking with you because I thought the price was too good to be true...glad i trusted my instincts.
