There are generally FOUR common reasons that you might not get a key...

1. We might be out of stock of keys, which sometimes happens when we get a lot of back-to-back purchases.  If this happened, you should have seen a note to that effect something like "No License keys available, contact support"
   
   We generally respond within 24 hours the next business day and send your key.
   
2. If you used Netscape or Mozilla browser to purchase, it's possible our system threw you to a login screen right after purchase. In this case, just login, find your order and click ALL DOWNLOAD links. This not only allows instant download, but also sends you an e-mail reminder with your key in it.
   
3. Spam checkers sometimes block e-mail from our servers. Please check your spam queue to make sure you didn't receive an e-mail marked "Here is your Software Ticket"
   
4. People sometimes forget to click the download links at the end of purchase, which triggers purchase completion. If you forgot, just do this:

• Go to our main page: http://www.iaresearch.com/store/index.aspx
• Click "sign in"
• Sign into your account
• Locate you order and where it says "Download"...click all links there.
