The Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs administers Georgia's Motor Vehicle Warranty Rights Act, also known as the Lemon Law. The Lemon Law applies only to new motor vehicles purchased, leased, or registered in Georgia since July 1, 1990
...... during any period of 24 months or less or during any period in which the vehicle has been driven 24,000 miles or less, whichever occurs first, the same nonconformity has been subject to repair......
