In response to the allegations made against me and my character by the B.C. Securities Commission in their news release dated May 5 / 97:
- I deny breaching the 'know your client rule' and further deny 'recommending clients purchase securities that were not suitable for them...'
- I deny that I 'failed to disclose to my client's material negative factors associated with the investments...'
- I deny that I 'failed to distribute copies of offering memoranda' to my clients.
- I deny ever telling my clients that 'shares of Maxwell Energy would be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange'.
- I admit distributing shares of Jungle Sea Ventures without a prospectus. Foreign companies do not require a prospectus.
