1. Create Interest.
Thousands of students are planning a Spring Break
Vacation. As a campus representative, your
primary responsibility is to promote STS vacation
packages on your campus and reach these students.
This involves networking with your friends,
posting advertising flyers in all high traffic
areas, placing newspaper advertisements, and
making on-campus presentations and promotions.
STS will provide you with a complete sales
kit and personalized flyers when you join the
STS sales team.
2. Make the Sale.
Once you have created interest, you must close
the sale. It is very important that you are
readily available through an answering machine
and/or established hours to answer questions
and make the sale. You will be responsible
for collecting initial payments. Once received,
STS will mail trip confirmation and final bills
directly to your clients giving you the additional
time to create more sales.
3. Service the Sale.
In some cases you may be required to assist in
collecting final payments, distributing final
trip documents, and assisting with on-campus
departures.
