FIELD IS SET FOR LASALLE BANK SHAMROCK SHUFFLE
Both Brian Sell and Tatyana Chulakh will be back to defend their titles, and recent additions to the elite field include Kenyan Abraham Chebii, who finished second in the 4K race at the World Cross Country Championships on March 19, and U.S. Olympian steeplechaser Robert Gary.

2004 Olympic Bronze Medalist and American Women's Marathon Record Holder Deena Kastor will be appearing on CLTV at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29 with Lou Canaellis. Kastor will headline the women's field at the LaSalle Bank Shamrock Shuffle on April 3.

After seeing her on CLTV, meet Deena Kastor in person, along with four-time LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon Champion and American Men's Marathon Record Holder Khalid Khannouchi. Deena will be appearing on Saturday, April 2 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Khalid will be appearing on Friday, April 1 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

CHICAGO BIKE SHOW HIGHLIGHTS

Chicago Bike Show & Family Fitness Expo Announces New Entertainment, Attractions

The 1st Annual Women's Cycling Symposium will be held in conjunction with the Chicago Bike Show and Family Fitness Expo on Saturday, April 2 at Navy Pier from 9:30-11:45 a.m.

Keynote speaker for this event is nationally renown sports nutritionist and author, Monique Ryan who will deliver the keynote speech, "The Top 5 Nutrition Strategies for Women Cyclists." Ryan is the author of "Performance Nutrition for Team Sports" (VeloPress 2005), and has written extensively for publications such as VeloNews and Inside Triathlon. She is the founder of Chicago-based Personal Nutrition Designs. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to attend two breakout sessions on these topics: Racing 101, Training, Bike Mechanics for Chicks, Products Specific for Women, Cycling Leg of the Triathlon and You're Never Too Old to Bike. The Symposium will begin with Ryan's address to the entire group and then attendees can choose to attend two of the six 45-minutes sessions. The Women's Cycling Symposium is free with entry to the Bike Show. Tickets to the show cost $9 and can be purchased in advance online at www.chicagobikeshow.com or in person at Navy Pier, Hall A, Room 313. LADIES NIGHT AT MOMENTUM

Join Brooks and MOMENTUM (2001 N. Clybourn in Chicago) on Monday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. for a free event devoted to women with a "women only" fun run, followed by a Brooks clinic on how to select a sports bra. Try on one of Brooks' sports bras and get a free spa "goodie bag" from Brooks. TRIATHLETES: TIME TO GET OUTSIDE

The RecPlex in Pleasant Prairie, WI will be holding a unique Indoor/ Outdoor Triathlon on Sunday, April 17. The race will consist of a 400-yard pool swim, 8-mile outdoor pedal on Spin bikes and a 2.3-mile outdoor run around Lake Andrea. The Indoor/Outdoor Triathlon is the final race in RecPlex's 2005 indoor triathlon series.
