An amendment to the disclosure regarding SSH option certificates

 
As an amendment to the disclosure released today the company
informs, that from the total of 5416 new shares only 1666 will be
entitled to the dividend paid from the fiscal year 2004. The rest,
i.e. 3750 new shares, will not be entitled to receive dividend.
