Redeeming for Vacation Rewards TripRewards Members may view availability on the TripRewards website and then redeem their points for Holiday Network resort-condominium rentals by calling TripRewards Member Services. Inventory is only available for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday pick-up. Members will receive a receipt within the mail confirming their redemption. The Member is responsible for verifying all details in the confirmation and notifying TripRewards Member Services immediately by calling 1-(800)-FOR-TRIP if the confirmation information is incorrect. Changes to any aspect of the confirmation may be treated as a cancellation. Information provided about resorts is based on information obtained from reliable sources. TripRewards makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided is accurate and complete as of the date such information is provided. However, TripRewards expressly disclaims liability for inaccurate, incomplete or misleading resort information. The Member should contact the resort directly to verify accuracy of the information as needed. The total number of people occupying the confirmed vacation accommodations must not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the confirmation; otherwise, the resort may refuse access or levy additional charges against the Member. Members must occupy and use accommodations in a responsible, careful and secure manner. Members and guests are responsible for all acts and omissions and for any damages, theft or loss caused by or expenses incurred by them. If an accommodation for which a Member has been confirmed becomes unavailable due to a natural disaster, acts of God, civil unrest or any other reason beyond TripRewards control, the Member waives any and all claims against TripRewards and its affiliates. A vacation confirmation may not be used for any commercial purpose, including rental or sale. A vacation confirmation may only be used by the Member and his/her guests.
