Room includes a refrigerator with icemaker, microwave
oven, in-room coffee, cable TV, iron with ironing
board, alarm clock radio, hair dryer, in-room phone
with voice mail, and our specialty developed line
of personal care amenities, with pink grapefruit scented
soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body wash and hand
cream. Borrego pink grapefruit are a regional specialty.
Suites are equipped with kitchenettes including stoves.
Standard furnishings include handsome oak cabinetry.
Rooms have individually controlled thermostats. Second
floor rooms have panoramic views of the mountains.
Rooms are sound proofed with insulated walls and doors. Televisions are volume controlled at optimal sound levels to avoid disturbing other guests.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person is $ 10.00. Rates do not include 9% room tax.

 Reservation Policy
Credit Card guarantees are necessary for all overnight lodging. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or a one-night's lodging will be posted to your credit card. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
We will try to honor all room requests, but there are no guaranteed room assignments.
On-season weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
Cribs and sofa beds available. Small pets, 15 lbs.
and under in selected rooms only, are permitted with
credit card deposit.
