For Web Enabled Wireless Phones

1. Select 'MINIBROWSER' your web browser from the phone menu on your web-enabled phone.
2. From the homepage select Go 'to...'
3. Enter wireless.nwa.com and click OK (the '1' key can be used to make a period).
4. View the nwa.com From Anywhere! Homepage.

 To check Flight and Gate status and get current weather conditions:

1. Select 'Flight Info' from the wireless.nwa.com main page on your device.
2. Enter your flight number.
3. Select the day (Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow) for which you would like to check flight and gate status and receive weather conditions.

To request a Flight Status Notification:

1. Select 'Flight Status Notification' from the wireless.nwa.com main page on your device.
2. Enter your flight number.
3. Select the flight segment for which you would like to be notified (Arrival or Departure).
4. Provide the three letter airport code for your selection.
5. Provide the email address of your wireless device where you will receive the flight information.
6. Select the date of the flight for which you would like to receive information.
7. Select the number of hours in advance of your flight that you would like to be notified.

To check your Mileage Balance:

1. Select 'WorldPerks' from the wireless.nwa.com main page on your device.
2. Enter your WorldPerks number.
3. Enter your PIN.

To view your Travel Reservation:

1. Select 'View Reservation' from the wireless.nwa.com main page on your device.
2. Enter your Confirmation number.
3. Enter your last name.

To rebook a canceled Northwest Airlines flight:

1. Select 'View Reservation' from the wireless.nwa.com main page on your device.
2. Enter your confirmation number.
3. Enter your last name.
4. Receive notification of a canceled flight in your reservation.
5. Select the flight rebook option.
6. Select and confirm an alternate itinerary.

To change your flight plans:

1. Select 'View Reservation' from the wireless.nwa.com main page on your device.
2. Enter your confirmation number.
3. Enter your last name.
4. Itineraries qualifying for last minute flight change (within 24 hours) will be underlined.
5. Select the flight change option.
6. Select and confirm an alternate itinerary.

To check the location of a Northwest Airlines WorldClubs^® or affiliated lounge:

1. Select 'WorldClubs Directory' from the wireless.nwa.com main page on your device.
2. Select the location of the WorldClubs lounge from the alphabetical listing.
