Simple Way to get Your Royal e-Ticket
Reservation and purchase of Royal e-Ticket can be easily made by just calling THAI sales office*. In addition to name, surname, contact telephone number, and ROP membership number (for ROP members only), you are required to advise your credit card number and expiry date. Once credit card transaction is verified/approved, the electronic ticket is issued with all data shown in the reservation/ticketing and airport check-in systems.You may ask for an itinerary receipt ( electronic ticket record ) for your reference, thus you don't have to waste your time in travelling to pick up your ticket. Just go to the airport to check-in.
Check-in
At the airport check-in counter, simply show your credit card used for purchase of electronic ticket and passport to obtain boarding pass. Thai passengers travelling on any domestic flight may present picture affixed identification card issued by the Royal Thai government (for adults) or student identification card (for children) instead of passport.
