shoulders above all the others not only was it the cheapest in over
80% of the perfumes in our list but it had an excellent customer
service record, had a huge range AND was a dream to use. |

(outside US) go here. Their prices are good and they ship perfumes
worldwide for free. Most other perfumeries charge a high price or
don't ship outside the States at all so if you live anywhere other
