    Reservations under 3 nights require a 1 night credit card deposit. Reservations of 4 or more nights require a 2 night credit card deposit. Credit card charged at time of booking and balance upon arrival.

    Cancellation Policy
    If cancellation is made more than 14-days prior to arrival, a fee of 10 percent or 30.00 USD, whichever is higher. If cancellation is made 14-days or less, prior to arrival date, deposit is forfeited. Sorry, no refunds for early check-outs.
