When choosing a snorkeling mask or dive mask it is vital to have a dive mask that fits your face well. When choosing the right dive mask for you, keep in mind what kind of snorkeling or diving you are doing. All of our scuba masks are under warrantee and are guaranteed. There are many different types of scuba masks to choose from. Some scuba masks come with optional purges, and other scuba masks have prescription lenses that can be placed. Also, scuba divers have options of the color of silicone in their new scuba diving mask. Scuba masks can have a clear silicone which allows more light to penetrate, creating a more open feeling underwater. The scuba masks with the translucent silicone are generally more comfortable, because these scuba masks are softer, than a dive mask with rubber silicone. Black silicone scuba masks are preferred generally by cave divers and hunters. There is little light penetration, there fore distractions are limited in this type of scuba diving mask. Scuba masks with low volume are easier to clear, and you would have less distortion because the lenses in this type of dive mask are closer to your eyes.

There are different types of snorkels to choose from to add to your snorkeling gear. The purge snorkel allows an easy mode of clearing the snorkel of water. There is a one way valve at the bottom of the snorkel so it requires less air to clear it. Semi-dry snorkels have a 'deflector' type of device that discourages water from entering the snorkel. Also, there are dry snorkels. Dry snorkels allow the diver or snorkeler to go underwater and resurface without having to clear the snorkel.

Scuba fins or snorkel fins are another important piece of scuba diving gear or snorkeling gear. Scuba fins come in many different styles and diving fins provide easy movement through the water if the scuba fins fit you well. When choosing the dive fins that are best for you, keep in mind the type of snorkeling or diving you do. There are many types of styles of scuba fins designed for different types of scuba diving, snorkeling, and free diving. If you have any questions about which style of scuba fins are best for you, please feel free to contact us. In order to help you decide which type of scuba fins are right for you read through the descriptions of diving fins below. One of the most popular scuba fins are the split fins.
