any?" The players give coins. Keep track of who gave you which
coin. Look at them attentively and say, "I'm given a coin issued in

auction goes on. Who has the coin of the earliest issue?"
Continue the auction until you're given the oldest coin. Every time you
get a coin say, "going once, going twice,…" When you say
"three" the auction stops and the Mardi Gras gift is given to the
player who has the oldest coin.
