Policy
For items starting with JM-
as an item number. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages must
be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. PERSONALIZED items cannot
be returned or exchanged. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be properly
packaged, original package if possible; XandyrGifts.com will not be responsible
for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Please email returns@xandyrgifts.com
for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be permitted without
an RA number. Shipping charges incurred by customer for returns will be credited
upon inspection and approval of by XandyrGifts.com.
For
items starting with CC- as an item number. Unfortunately due to the fact
that most of these products are intended for a one time usage, we cannot accept
returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.
Should
you receive a damaged item, please email returns@xandyrgifts.com.
We will send out a replacement at no charge.
When
you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed
envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions
provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in
your return shipment.
