ISSUE
How to view the quarantined filtered junk (or Spam) email.

MORE INFO
When you receive an e-mail that is filtered it will not go into your regular e-mail Inbox. GCI.net eMail Guard will place the e-mail in your Message Center.
  1. You will receive one of two notices.
    • The first time a filtered e-mail is placed in your Message Center you will receive the initial message, or
    • Every 7 days you will receive an e-mail notification reminding you there are quarantined filtered messages in your Message Center.
  2. You can then view the quarantined message(s):
    • By clicking on the link in the e-mail, or
    • By entering your Message Center through WebMail. (If you are at your Inbox, click the eMail Guard tab, to enter your Message Center).
  3. You will then be able to determine how you would like to handle the message.
    • You can just deliver the message to your regular e-mail Inbox, or
    • Remove it from the Message Center, or
    • Open the message in the Message Center.
  4. You can view the e-mail message in the Message Center by clicking on the subject line.
  5. You then have the options to:
    • Deliver the e-mail, which allows the option to add the address to your approved sender's list, or
    • Remove the e-mail (delete the message).
  6. To exit:
    • Click on the eMail Guard tab.
    • Click on the WebMail tab.
