ABOUT PRAGUE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Prague integrated transport (PIT) consists of public transport services in Prague (Metro, trams, funicular to Petřín, city buses), suburban bus service and railway service in Prague and suburban regions.

-transfer tickets 12,-CZK valid 60 minutes, during the weend 90 min.
- non transfer 8,- CZK valid 15 minutes
24-hour ticket 70,- CZK
3-day ticket (72 hours) 200,- CZK
7-day ticket (168 hours) 250,- CZK
15-day ticket (360 hours) 280,- CZK
Travel Information Centres provide all substantial information about public transport operation, routes, timetables, etc. Information is provided in Czech, English, German and Russian, and that also by phone. If you visit some of the bellow mentioned Travel Information Centres you can buy e.g. the following: timetables of tram and bus services (from any stop you like) map of Prague with PT network information chart of PT network timetables of night tram and bus services publications dealing with the history and the present of public transport in Prague.
MONEY

CREDIT CARDs
It is accepted no problem at all in most of shops, restaurants, bars, tourist centers and hotels in Prague & Czech Republic.
ATM's Prague has a lots of ATM', you can easily find them on the airport, in the undergrounds, at the banks and nearly in every 200 m in the city centrum. You can withdraw cash from most Czech Banks' ATM' with Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa electron & American Express, etc.
there are lots of exchange offices in the city centrum so it is not a problem to change your money at all but please note that they can charge a high comission so it is better to compare what they offer.
