Job Duties
• Provide superior customer service
• Receive inbound customer calls
• Place orders for contact lenses
• Follow-up on orders to insure shipment
• Solve customer service related questions/concerns
Requirements
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to type 35 wpm or more
• Have general computer knowledge
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Willing to work one weekend shift (Sat. or Sun.) as part of
your regular shift
• Be energetic and self-motivated
• Prior sales experience
