This B & B is very central, yet away from the tourist crush, in a picturesque building in the Cannaregio quarter (the very heart of Venice). The apartment is next to the house of the famous Renaissance painter Jacopo Tintoretto and to the little square of Campo dei Mori, not far from the Gothic church of Madonna dell'Orto. It has a renewed double bedroom on the first floor with private bathroom, cooking facilities, one more bathroom available dowstairs. Your host is Paola Zoffoli, a writer who has published several books about Venice and speaks excellent English (her honours degree is on the language used by Lewis Carroll in "Alice in Wonderland") French and Spanish.
During the night you can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the several restaurants and Venetian bars placed in Fondamenta della Misericordia.
From here you can reach Rialto Bridge in less than 10 minutes by foot.

Saint Mark Square is only 4 minutes far from us by foot. Gran Canal is only 300 meters from the B&B so our guests can easily reach every part of Venice and the islands of its lagoon: Murano, Burano and Torcello.
