Job seekers can save searches and have results emailed to them, save jobs, access stats including the number of times an employer/recruiter reviewed their resume, and view a complete history of sent cover letters and resumes.
Privacy Options - Job seekers can block some or all of HotJobs' member companies from viewing a resume through the "HotBlock" feature -- ideal for keeping searches confidential from their current employers.
Tools & Advice - Site users can calculate ideal salaries, research plans and stock options as well as have the "Job Tip of the Day" emailed to them directly with advice on salary negotiation, resume tips, interview preparation, and more. Additionally, job seekers have access to communities varying by industry as well as a wide variety of newsletters.
Resume search - Employers and staffing firms can search the HotJobs database of job seekers by keyword, experience level, job preference, salary, and more to pinpoint a candidate. With the search agents, candidates are identified and emailed to users based on their search criteria.
Job Posting - Employers and staffing firms can add, edit, and delete postings anytime and as often as they like at no additional cost. Additionally, they have the ability to list jobs in multiple locations.
Candidate Management & Tracking - HotJobs provides a prescreening process, letter templates, notes, and resume sharing features to help employers and staffing firms correspond with candidates. They can automatically track their postings regardless of whether the job seeker is reviewing the job posting or actually submitting a resume. Employers can then create personal folders and notes to track the progress of candidates.
Customer Support - As a member of HotJobs, an employer will be assigned an Account Manager who will provide all necessary training and assistance.
