Strip
Many
of the dives in Layang Layang allow for deep diving and will satisfy
even the most zealous shark chaser, but there is something for everyone
here. Wrasse Strip is where the tropical sun penetrates down through
the more shallow transparent waters creating the kind of pristine
colourful reef garden most divers only dream of.
Early in the dive you will sail down past this idyllic scene dropping
to 30 m or so where you can check out the frolics of eagle
rays, manta rays and turtles. On the way back up you can enjoy
your time as your air gauge runs down, in simply breathtaking
coral gardens to which no written description can do justice.
Another unforgettable dive at one of the world's great dive
destinations.
