Rendezvous Stafford Hotel is a collection of modern studio and one-bedroom apartments combined with historic terrace house apartments that have been accurately restored to their original appearance to provide an original concept in stylish, boutique hotel-style apartment accommodation.

Surrounded by some of Sydney's best restaurants, theatres, boutique shops, the CBD and just two minutes walk to Circular Quay, this hotel is the ideal accommodation location.

 Terrace House- 4 guests max occupancy

Two storey apartment, contains one Queen bed and a double sofa bed, separate living room, full kitchen and bathroom. Some rooms with balcony.

Executive One Bedroom- 5 guests max occupancy

Contains one king bed and a double sofa bed, separate living room, full kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

One Bedroom Suite- 5 guests max occupancy

Superbly appointed spacious one bedroom apartments feature a king bed in the bedroom, a separate living room area that includes a double sofa bed, as well as a self catering facilities and bathroom.

Executive Studio- 3 guests max occupancy

Contains one queen bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Some rooms with balcony on request.

Studio Apartment - 3 guests max occupancy

A choice of two single beds or a queen bed and sofa bed (upon request) are available in our studio rooms. The well-appointed studios are larger than a standard hotel room, and include self-catering facilities. The bathroom is equipped with a shower over bath. Some rooms with balcony.

● All the above rates are for up to the Maximum number of Guests indicated

● Rates are inclusive of tax and valid to 30th December 2005.

Business Facilities

● All guest apartments have modem access.
● Internet access only computer terminals are located on the lobby mezzanine
   level and available at the hourly rate of AU $10.

Booking Guarantees

Reservations should be guaranteed by credit card i.e. American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, or alternatively with a deposit of one nights accommodation. Bookings which are not guaranteed, will be held up to 6.00pm, unless otherwise specified or a special request received, when the hotel will release the booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations received by the hotel by 6.00pm on the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties. Should a cancellation be received after 6.00pm on the arrival date, or should a reservation not be taken up (no-show), a cancellation fee equal to one nights room rate charge will apply.

Payment

Accommodation and all incidental charges incurred during a guest's stay are to be settled upon departure, unless prior arrangements have been established.

Check-in / Check-out Times

● Check-out time is at 10.00am and check-in time is after 2.00pm.
● Check-in prior to 2.00pm will be subject to availability and any guarantee of
  room availability will be subject to pre-registration (payment of the nights
  accommodation prior to arrival).
● Extended check-out after 10.00am and up to 6.00pm will attract a half nights
   room rate charge.

● All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
