Rental units at Pleasure Island Condominiums are available
by the day, week or month at seasonal rates, with some exceptions
and price variations. The chart below lists the current Daily,
Weekly and Monthly Rates for our Luxury
Rental Units, and also shows the start and end dates for
the Spring, Early Summer, Summer Peak, Fall, Late Fall
and Winter seasons). The rates for Other
Rentals, are listed on each unit's preview page. Standard
service fees and taxes are added to invoices and these appear
beneath all Rates charts. Remember, reduced rates sometimes
are available! Select the Special Rates button link at left
to see current discounts.
In general, rates are lower in the Fall and Winter
seasons and highest during the Summer Peak season.
Rates are discounted for longer stays. Early holiday reservations
are strongly recommended, since these dates are popular with
vacationers. Our Luxury Rental Units are:

Additional fees
• Parking: $15 (Some condominiums require a $15 fee per car)
• Reservation processing fee: $35
• Cleaning-linen fee: $85 to $150
• Applicable lodging taxes: 11%
• Travel Insurance 7% (Optional)
Rental rates listed increase when minimum stay requirements
are not met
Holiday and special event (Spring Break, Shrimp Festival, etc.) rates may increase from published
rates
