Manufacturing Builds on Customer Relationships |
- Prophet 2004 users can continue to use Outlook features like email, calendar, appointments, and tasks, while also creating and managing sales opportunities associated with their Outlook contacts without constantly moving between two applications or synching databases, as with some other competing software. Brandrud salespeople record their sales calls and any other follow-up communication in Prophet 2004. Management gets reports on these contacts, and can now see where salespeople might need some extra help to close a sale.....Read more |

Some are able to transfer updated information back to Outlook, but the processes are generally manual and the data that is inserted into Outlook is restricted. Even Microsoft's own Business Contact Manager (BCM) is a separate application from Outlook, and uses its own data files...Read more |
