How Can You Help?
1) Donations
At CureDuchenne™, donations will be directed to research. We will not support scientists who take a long, leisurely view of working on interesting ideas. We will fund projects that we believe, through our investigation, to have immediate and measurable impact to save this generation of boys.
2) Political Influence
Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy received no federal funding until 2003. Only through the dedicated efforts of Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy, an extremely effective grassroots organization, was $22 Million allocated from the National Institute of Health (NIH).
They are releasing this money at a snail's pace, with no urgency for the boys that need help NOW! We need everyone to write, call and/or email their congressman, their senator and NIH to get the funds released NOW!

3) Prayer
We believe strongly in the power of prayer. God performs miracles everyday and he also works through humans for healing. Doctors, scientists and researchers can all benefit through divine inspiration.
Please pray for all of the boys with DMD and if you are so inclined, we’ve included a list or some of the researchers working on this disease.

Our goal is to spend your donations on research, not employees, office space or administration expenses. If you have any of the following resources to donate,we will gladly accept and can possibly turn it into a tax deduction for you:
